A área de intervenção situa-se na Tverskaya Street (desde Pushkinskaya Square até Triumfalnaya Square) e na 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street em Moscovo.
O primeiro troço da Tverskaya Street (desde Mokhovaya Street até Pushkinskaya Square) incluindo as vias adjacentes (Nikitsky, Gazetny e Voznesensky) será desenvolvido este ano de acordo com o projecto da autoria do atelier holandês West 8.
O objectivo é desenvolver o melhor conceito de requalificação do espaço público ao longo da via de circulação viária tendo em conta cinco princípios complementares com o objectivo de melhorar a qualidade do ambiente urbano:
