about

We are an architecture & design office with more than 20 years in Portugal, Spain and South America. Perez Ipar Arquitectura e Decoração Lda, opened in 1997 and has developed several architectural projects in throughout the Algarve, focusing on the "Golden Triangle" while also operating in Spain, Argentina and Uruguay.
A mix of art, tradition, technology and contemporary design has been our guide & influence throughout our professional career.
We create a great bond with our clients to reach a perfect interpretation of their needs and lifestyle. This gives us the design lines to develop the ideal space for them.
The use of local materials, deep respect for the environment, energy efficiency, attention to budgets and deadlines has allowed us to provide an effective response to our client’s desires.
